Next to one of the roads that connect Sequoia National Park with Kings Canyon, there is a small creek that runs through rocks and pines. Cuban artist Yolanda Santa Cruz was inspired by the sunset as it was setting over the mountains to create this dreamy, romantic, and moody piece. Bathed in majestic hues of purple and blue, this photograph captures a still and serene moment in nature.
