Art Scene West was founded in February 2020 as a contemporary art gallery in Solana Beach Ca. It closed this gallery at the end of 2022, and a year later came under a new ownership structure. It opened a new gallery in Seaport Village of downtown San Diego, on July 4th, 2024. From this new space the gallery features local, national and international artists through their rotating and themed exhibitions. It is also a studio for guests to sit down and paint their own image in a guided painting experience. In addition to hosting a collection of residents artists, Art Scene West continues its drive to discovering talented artists through world-wide art calls and exhibiting them inside the gallery and on their online platforms.

We value our role in supporting rising and established artists on their journeys and showcasing an eclectic collection of beautiful and unique artworks for our guests to enjoy. We’ll continue to grow as a gallery devoted to its artists, events, and the art-loving public, to bring about the best curations and events that we possibly can.
