JOhn Cornfield

John has been painting landscapes for over twenty years, drawing inspiration from an earlier generation of Southwest and California plein air landscape painters. Working with acrylic on canvas in the studio, John’s images are composites of photos taken from favorite coastal, inland and desert nature settings. His paintings have been exhibited in galleries in Santa Monica, Sonoma, Santa Barbara, La Quinta and San Diego, and hang in permanent collections at institutions such as UCLA Hospital and Arizona State University. Member California Art Club.
