Bio/Statement:

Javier's passion for art started at the very young age of 6 years old and has not stopped to this day.  It was a way to express himself and a desire to be acknowledged and loved.  After being physically abused as a child and young teenager it became his life source and way to keep his eyes focused on surviving and not focusing on what he didn't have but what he could have and become as an adult.  Every brush stroke on every piece of his works represents life, joy, and happiness. After mastering the skills of pen and ink in 2012 he decided to pursue his art professionally.  Winning several events and an award at the 20th annual Arts and Harmony show in Minneapolis Minnesota gave him the confidence to push forward.  In 2015 a life changing event happened that turned his life upside down.  Art was the furthest from his mind and inspiration was lost. In 2021 a miracle happened where he decided to visit Montana, where he met a wonderful native to Montana and re-married.  Ever since then the inspiration has not ceased and the creativity that was bound in him was released.  He started doing what he was most passionate about once again.  His new oil paintings, drawings, and mixed media paintings reflect his passion within. Javier is excited to show his new work this winter of 2024.  A collective series of Oil/Multimedia abstract/realism paintings. Collectors, art lovers, and interior designers will love the new work that will not only have Montana themes but beautiful creations that will pull in all kinds of collectors around our country and beyond. Javier recently was accepted into three international shows with publications and two national shows.  The first national show is in Norfolk, Virginia at the D Arts Center and the second national show is in San Diego California.
