Instructions: Upon payment, you will receive a downloadable file that provides instructions on how to proceed with your submission. If you are accepted, you will be provided with further details about your participation.
This payment confirms your submission and agreement to the Seaport Village Art Call and the terms outlined by Art Scene West below.
All fees associated with this event are non-refundable.
An Artist desiring to participate in the Seaport Village Art Show must agree to Art Scene West Gallery’s terms for their participation as set forth in this Artist Participation Agreement. Each Artist submitting an application to participate in the Seaport Village Art Show through Art Scene West Gallery must agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Artist Participation Agreement.
Timeframe for Artist Set-up and Take down at each monthly Seaport Village Art Show:
Set-up: 10:00am.
Take down: 4:00pm
Fees for Artist Participation:
10$ Submission fee
$25 Artist Participation fee
30% Commission to Art Scene West on all sales by participating Artists during the Art Show.
Payment Process:
Art Scene West must process the sales transaction for all of your artworks sold during the Art Show on your behalf from inside the Art Scene West Gallery space at Seaport Village. Artists are therefore required to create detailed price tags for each of their products and give the customer the price tag of the work being sold. The customer will bring the price tag into Art Scene West Gallery and make the payment directly to Art Scene West Gallery. Art Scene West will process the payment and sign off on the price tag for it to be returned to the Artist in exchange for the item being purchased. Or, the artist may bring the artwork and buyer into the gallery and relate the payment information directly to our staff. At the end of the day, Art Scene West will remit the payment of 70% of total artist sales back to the artist, via Zelle or another previously agreed upon method.
*Artists are not permitted to make sales on the Seaport Village premises, and any violation of this rule will result in immediate and permanent termination of future opportunities with Art Scene West.

Participation Terms:
All participating artists are required to uphold professionalism and good customer service relationships at all times.
Artists are responsible for their own artwork at all times.
Artists are encouraged to consult a member of the ASW team to cover their booth if they need to use the restrooms or leave their space for any short period of time.
Artists are not allowed to move their assigned space to any other location, for any reason, without permission from a member of the Art Scene West team.
Artists cannot sell food, drink, or any other consumable substances whatsoever.
Artists are permitted to sell only what their application states.
Artists may not substitute or give their booth space to another artist without the explicit permission from the Art Scene West team.
Artists are responsible for checking into the gallery and showing identification to the ASW team before they set up.
Artists agree that all fees associated with this show, including the submission fee, participation fee, and parking fees, are non-refundable.
Artists agree to follow the directions of the Art Scene West, the rules of the Art Walk, and the Payment Process, without exception, or agree to be terminated immediately and permanently from future opportunities with Art Scene West.
Artist releases Art Scene West from any liability that may incur with 3rd parties regarding Artwork and sale thereof. Artists assume all responsibility to defer any and all penalties, including attorney costs, communication, and fees upon themselves for all 3rd party transactions and transfer of ownership of an artwork. Artist accepts sole responsibility for all penalties regarding copyright infringement, plagiarism, false representation, and fraudulent acquisition of any and all artwork Artist submits and sends to Art Scene West or displays at the event. The Artist agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Art Scene West from any claim or demand, including attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
